HAWAII’S ACCEPTED MEDICAL USE COALITION

“Dedicated to the thousands of legitimate Hawaii Medical Marijuana
Patients who suffer every day under the threat of Federal prosecution because
the State of Hawaii refuses to properly notify the Federal Government that
The Accepted Medical Use of Cannabis already exists in the United States.”

HAWAII IS THE KEY:

An active State Medical Marijuana Program,
A State Uniform Controlled Substances Act that allows
for the medical use of Schedule I controlled substances,
And the lack of federally prohibited dispensaries.

Now all we need is a Governor who will act
As a guardian of the State and NOT as a Federal Employee,
And who will faithfully execute all the laws of the State,
Not just those that are politically convenient.
